GenAcre is an independent private platform. We are not Medicare.gov, not CMS, and not a state agency. We do not enroll people in Medicare or sell Medicare Advantage plans. For official Medicare information, use Medicare.gov.
Referral sites often share one family’s details with several communities at once. GenAcre is a marketplace: you browse licensed listings, compare what actually matters for a move, and message the one community you choose.

What we do
GenAcre helps families compare Florida communities the way you would shop for a home: photos, starting rates, the same facts on every listing, and a private message to one admissions team — so you are not starting over with every call, and you are not being routed as a shared lead.
Why I built GenAcre
When someone I love needed senior living, I learned how hard it is to find a place that truly fits — the right level of care, a location that worked for our family, room availability, and costs we could plan around. We made call after call, told the same story again and again, and still struggled to compare communities on equal terms.
As a physician, I see that same search during some of the most stressful weeks families face — often after a hospital stay, a fall, or when memory care can no longer wait. The information people need, starting rates, what is included, whether a bed is actually open, is scattered across websites, brochures, and phone trees while the clock keeps moving.
Many referral services work hard to help families, but the model often optimizes for routing volume: one inquiry may reach several communities, bed counts go stale quickly, and it can be unclear who you are really speaking with. Florida families and local admissions teams deserve something more direct and easier to compare.
GenAcre is what I wished we had in that season: transparent starting rates, the same comparison fields on every listing, open rooms when the community posts them, and private messages that go to one community at a time — so your conversation stays with the team that would actually care for your loved one.
We are starting in Brevard County with verified operator partners and growing carefully across Florida. I am building this as a doctor and as a family member who has been in that search, because clarity should not be the hardest part of an already difficult decision.

Facilities & hospitals
Communities and hospital discharge teams have separate tools — listing management, family inbox, and a planner workspace. Those are partner products. This public site is the family marketplace.
