GenAcre ("we") helps families search for senior living in Florida. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our website.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email), saved communities, inquiries you send to facilities, and standard usage logs. Facilities may receive inquiry content you choose to send.
How we use it
To operate your dashboard, deliver inquiries to communities, improve the product, and send transactional email (e.g. inquiry confirmations) when enabled.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Inquiry messages are shared only with the facility you contact and service providers that help us run the platform (hosting, email).
Partner photos
When facilities upload images, files are stored on our hosting provider for review and display. We do not use partner photos for unrelated marketing without permission. See attributions for storage and license details.
