Hospital discharge (~5 min)

Bed board + insurance filters — separate login from families and facilities (2FA required).

1. Sign in → discharge planner (bed board, ZIP radius, insurance plans, home health tab)
2. Filter by Holmes Regional (Health First) + Medicare
3. Expand Seabreeze Manor — see open beds, payers, and uniform profile fields

Facility experience (~5 min)

Bed board, uniform profile, photo upload with review, private inquiry inbox, and transfer portal. Facility accounts: work email + password from your welcome email. First sign-in only (~1 min): add GenAcre to a free authenticator app. Every later sign-in: email + password + 6-digit code — setup never again.

1. Sign in → one-time app setup (~1 min) → dashboard opens
2. Overview — see rooms open to families, occupancy, and listing completion
3. Rooms — tap room 101 → Open (families see it) or Occupied (stays private)
4. Inquiries — open the sample family message and reply
5. Transfers — approve or decline a partner handoff
6. Profile — drag/upload photos (shows Live vs Pending)
